Instructions for First-Time Letter of Interest Applicants
To begin using Ex-Im Bank's Online Letter of Interest application, your company must be registered in Ex-Im Online, and you must have a user account associated with your company registration.
Ex-Im Online Account Structure
Your Ex-Im Online user ID and password will enable you to access the new Online Letter of Interest application.
Existing Ex-Im Online Users
If you have an existing Ex-Im Online user account, simply log in to the new Online Letter of Interest application using your current Ex-Im Online user ID and password.
To recover a lost password, click the Forgot your password? link on Ex-Im Online's homepage and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Register a Company
If your company is not registered, you must register it in Ex-Im Online, before you can create individual user accounts.
To register a company, visit Ex-Im Online.
- Click Register for a user account.
- Read and accept Ex-Im Online's Privacy Policy, and follow the prompts to complete registration.
Once you have registered your company, you will automatically be directed to create an individual Ex-Im Online user account. Follow the prompts for creating your user account.
Your Ex-Im Online user ID and password will enable you to access the new Online Letter of Interest application.
Create a User Account
You must register your company, before creating user account. User accounts are associated with a registered company account. Your company should have only one registered company account, under which you can create several individual user accounts.
If you have not registered your company, please follow the instructions for registering your company, prior to creating a user account.
To establish an Ex-Im Online user account, you will need your registered company's
- Registration ID - assigned by Ex-Im Online when your company was registered
- ZIP Code - for your company's headquarters
To create a user account, visit Ex-Im Online.
- Click Register for a user account.
- Read and accept Ex-Im Online's Privacy Policy, and follow the prompts to complete registration.
Your Ex-Im Online user ID and password will enable you to access the new Online Letter of Interest application.
