AI Compliance Plan

This document outlines the minimum information required for the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM)’s compliance plans that will satisfy the requirements of Section 3(b)(ii) of the Appendix to OMB Memorandum M-25-21 and Section 104(c) of the AI in Government Act.

EXIM will report compliance with the individual use-case-specific practices mandated in Section 4 of M-25-21 Appendix separately through the annual AI use case inventory.

AI inventory

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool that can drive the growth of the United States economy and improve the quality of life of all Americans. Executive Order (EO) 13960, Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Federal Government, directs federal agencies to list where and how they use AI (use cases).

EXIM 2025 Use Case Reporting:

EXIM had no individually-reported cases for FY 2025.
