Taylor Childress

Taylor Childress serves as Senior Advisor for Energy Dominance and European Affairs at the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM), where she advances the Administration's energy agenda and supports international energy financing strategies. She previously served as Chief of Staff of the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council, streamlining federal permitting for major infrastructure projects, and as Government Affairs Manager at ClearPath, where she focused on nuclear policy and energy innovation. Her career in public service began on Capitol Hill, where she spent 4 years advising Members of Congress on legislative issues, specializing in science, space, technology, and energy policy. Childress holds a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from Sewanee: The University of the South.
