Biography

Eng. Amara S. Sackor is a U.S.-trained engineer, global infrastructure executive, and Board Member of the Institutional Investor Network (IIN) in Washington, DC. He is the Founder and CEO of TSC Global, an international consultancy that has supported more than USD 2 billion in infrastructure and development-finance projects across West and Central Africa, including major transportation, power, water, environmental, and geotechnical programs.

Mr. Sackor began his professional career as a combat infantry soldier and later worked with the federal government as a Resident Engineer with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs after earning his Master of Engineering from the University of Maryland. He currently serves as Director at VICC International, a global infrastructure construction firm with operations in the United States, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His work includes advising governments, financiers, and private-sector operators on project structuring, export opportunities, and investment mobilization across emerging markets.

He has collaborated extensively with U.S. EXIM Bank, institutional investors, and international development partners to expand U.S. commercial engagement worldwide.
