David Baughan
Vice President | Transportation Portfolio Management Division (TPMD) / Office of Board Authorized Finance
Mr. Baughan is an experienced financial professional with over 35 years of experience, and currently manages an asset-backed portfolio which includes commercial and business aircraft, helicopters, locomotives, and transportation spare parts.
He previously served as the Deputy Vice President -TPMD from 2014 to 2018, and as a Senior Portfolio Manager since joining EXIM Bank in 2003, having been with TPMD since its inception.
Mr. Baughan began his career in finance in 1989, holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from Boston University (Brussels, Belgium), and a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech. He is a long-standing member of the national CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Washington DC, and is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army.
