Scott Condren
Vice President | Policy Analysis, OPAIR
Scott Condren has been the Vice President of Policy Analysis in EXIM’s Office of Policy Analysis and International Relations since 2023, after serving as an analyst since 2016. The Policy Analysis Division focuses on policy issues Economic Impact, Additionality, and Content and Domestic Finance among others. Scott has led updates key EXIM policies during his tenure, including development of the domestic Make More in America Initiative, the 5G Content policy, the Supply Chain Resiliency Initiative, and significant revisions to both the economic impact and additionality processes.
Prior to joining EXIM in 2016, from 2012-2016 Scott served as an equity analyst with CT Mason in Boston and as a CFA Charter holder. Scott currently serves on UConn Political Science Advisory Board, and previously served on the Board of the National Economists Club (NEC), and as NEC’s VP of Communications.
Scott holds a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut and as Masters in Global Development Economics from Boston University.
