Donna Schneider joined EXIM over 35 years ago starting in the Treasurer Controller’s Division (now Office of the Chief Financial Officer) processing Paris Club rescheduling’s and claim payments. She has advanced at EXIM through positions in the Credit Administration Division reviewing and disbursing long-term guarantee and direct loan transactions, the Asset Management Division managing EXIM’s sovereign debt portfolio, and as a loan officer underwriting sovereign and medium-term private sector transactions.
In November 2002, Donna returned to the Credit Administration Division. She formally became a manager in 2012, the division’s Vice President in July 2019, and integrated the Claims Processing Group into the division, which is now the Credit Administration and Claims Processing Division.
Donna graduated Summa Cum Laude and as valedictorian from Strayer College within three years with a B.S. in accounting and A.A. in marketing.
