Biography

Mr. Rolfe joined EXIM as the Deputy Chief Banking Officer and now leads the Office of Board Authorized Finance.

Prior to public service, Mr. Rolfe was a career investment banker, having covered the media, telecom, technology, private equity, healthcare services, and financial institutions sectors over the course of his career. Most recently, he led BMO Capital Markets’ leveraged finance origination efforts in the technology, tech-enabled, and business services sectors. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and relationship management. Prior to BMO Capital Markets, he held senior positions at WestLB Securities, TD Securities, and predecessor banks to JPMorgan Chase.

Mr. Rolfe is a graduate of Villanova University and completed professional graduate studies at Harvard University.
