Andrew Siguler

Andrew Siguler is Special Assistant to EXIM’s President & Chairman. He supports the Chairman’s policy priorities by preparing briefing materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and furthering strategic initiatives. He brings a background in finance, international trade, China policy, and national security.
Previously, he worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant to Congressman John Duarte (CA-13) and the House Foreign Affairs Committee under Chairman Emeritus (Congressman) Michael McCaul (TX-10).
Mr. Siguler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Chinese, with a minor in Business, from the University of Notre Dame and an Master of Arts in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies with a focus on China policy and finance. Originally from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, he enjoys running, reading, and following Notre Dame football and Boston sports. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and has spent time in China and Taiwan.
