EXIM Announces Key Staff Appointments to Office of the General Counsel

WASHINGTON - Today the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) announced several key appointments to senior staff positions. These individuals bring their proficient experiences to the EXIM Office of General Counsel and the Biden-Harris Administration. In their new roles, they join the remarkable staff at EXIM and arrive ready to ensure EXIM continues to work toward its mission.

Biographies of the appointees are listed below in alphabetical order:

Jonathan Feigelson, General Counsel

Jonathan Feigelson joins EXIM after serving as General Counsel of GM0, a global asset management firm. He previously served as General Counsel of other financial services companies, including iCapital Network and TIAA. Additionally, Jon has worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. in various offices around the world, as well as for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted financial crimes. Jon earned his B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University, where he was a nominee for the Rhodes and Marshall Scholarships, his Master's with highest honors in International Relations from The London School of Economics and his J.D. from Columbia University, where he was a member of the Law Review.

Lark Grier-Hapli, Deputy General Counsel

Lark Grier-Hapli is joining EXIM after serving as a Consulting Attorney in the International Trade department of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld. She has extensive experience in international sanctions, trade compliance and trade policy. She holds a B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. and M.A. in International Politics from American University and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the International Law School at Sorbonne University (Pantheon-Assas).

Michael Morris, Senior Advisor to the General Counsel

Michael Morris is an attorney who has nearly two decades' experience working at the intersection of law, media, government and public policy.  Most recently, Michael founded a boutique, Boston-based, corporate advisory firm working on a broad portfolio of matters including real estate, energy, technology and transportation.  Previously, Michael was General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Rasky Partners, one of the nation's leading strategic communications and public affairs firms.  He earned his bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
