Mr. Burrows has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, with extensive leadership across commercial, retail, and investment banking. He joined EXIM in 2012 and oversaw the Office of Small Business (OSB) from 2013 to July 2021. President Biden appointed Mr. Burrows acting Chair and President of EXIM Bank in July 2021 until the U.S. Senate confirmed Chair Lewis in February 2022. Mr. Burrows assumed the role of Acting Chief Banking officer in February 2022. Prior to joining EXIM, Burrows held management positions at both large and regional commercial banks in the U.S.
