Daniel Rajaiah

Daniel Rajaiah is an accomplished business strategist with over a decade of experience across diverse sectors, including government, nonprofit, and business management. As the Director of Global Strategy and Operations at Mastercard, he plays a pivotal role in spearheading the company's marketing, communications, and commercial partnerships.

Recognized for his expertise in designing and executing large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic projects, Daniel has significantly impacted organizational growth in the various organizations he has served. He excels in organizational development, demonstrating an ability to forge consensus and guide cross-functional and global teams toward achieving strategic objectives.

Daniel previously served as the Director of External Affairs for the City of Cincinnati, Vice President at Mercury Public Affairs, and as the Executive Director of the Indian American Chamber of Commerce of Cincinnati, notably elevating its national profile.

He has received accolades such as the University of Dayton's Young Alumni Award, the Government of India’s Mahatma Gandhi Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Award, and the Ellis Island Honor Society's Beacon Award. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
