WASHINGTON, DC – The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) today launched Early Bird registration for its 2024 Annual Conference, which will begin on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the Washington Hilton. The two-day, in-person event will feature high-level dialogue with innovative leaders in business, finance, government, policy, and media and will showcase the critical role EXIM plays in supporting U.S. jobs and economic security. EXIM will also celebrate the 90th anniversary of the agency’s founding during this year’s conference.

“We are thrilled to announce registration has opened for our flagship event, the EXIM Annual Conference,” said EXIM President and Chair Reta Jo Lewis. “Our conference provides a fantastic forum for exporters and private sector and government leaders to network and engage in key conversations about the future of global exporting. As we come together to mark 90 years of EXIM delivering for U.S. exporters and supporting good paying jobs, we look forward to hosting speakers and participants from a wide variety of sectors for two days of reflection on how we can best collaborate in an evolving global marketplace.”

This year’s theme is “Honoring legacy, Charting tomorrow,” and will feature discussions around clean and renewable energy, critical minerals, advancing American competitiveness through transformational exports and EXIM’s flagship initiative, Make More in America. Speakers will include high level officials from the Biden-Harris administration, government officials from across the world and the U.S., CEO’s, experts, exporters, and other special guests.

With strong participation from the banking, insurance and international finance communities, the conference will highlight the importance of U.S. manufacturing, economic security through

exports, women leaders in international trade, and supporting American small business. EXIM will also recognize some of America’s leading exporters, presenting national export awards acknowledging their work as they continue bolstering the domestic workforce and fortifying supply chains.

Over the course of the conference, EXIM will be facilitating one-on-one Government-to-business consultations with EXIM staff and private sector representatives. Registered participants are small business owners, exporters, members of the banking community, and other trade professionals, and these consultations will align participants with suitable partners, contacts, and resources in key foreign markets, providing them the opportunity to lay the foundation for successful international expansion and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.

Early bird registration is now open, and available here. Interested parties can find more information on the conference agenda, key speakers, and other details on the conference website.
