Adam Martinez brings over twenty years of federal government, state government and association experience to EXIM. Prior to joining EXIM, Adam spent 13 years working for the Department of Treasury where he served in management and leadership roles in the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, the Office of Domestic Finance and the Office of Management. In each of his positions, he has been called upon as a change management expert to provide strategic and operational support in the advancement and implementation of multiple Administration and Congressional programs and mandates. These experiences have provided Adam with a diverse understanding of financial institutions, community/economic development, sanctions, economic enforcement, and financial intelligence. Prior to joining the Department of the Treasury, Adam worked for the U.S. House of Representatives where he provided operational and financial advisement to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Committee on Ways and Means and served as a member of the field staff to his member of congress in New Mexico's Third Congressional District. Adam holds a BA from the College of Santa Fe and is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute's Leadership for a Democratic Society.
