Andrew writes for The Wall Street Journal's financial regulation team in Washington, D.C., where he focuses on how Washington oversees Wall Street. His areas of interest include: efforts to ease post-financial-crisis bank regulations, the Trump administration’s work to end government control of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the unintended consequences of new financial rules. Andrew graduated from Emory University in 2004. Prior to The Wall Street Journal, he worked as a reporter at The Bond Buyer newspaper, where he covered the municipal securities market during the financial crisis.
