Biographies

Susan Kintanar

Regional Director - Eastern Region, Export-Import Bank

Ms. Kintanar joined the Export-Import Bank of the United States in July 2012. She serves as the Regional Director for

the Eastern Region. Susan has worked in international banking for over 30 years, from Asian International Bank, UBAF Arab American Bank, European American Bank, National Bank of Canada, Fidelity National Bank, Citibank and Regions Bank. She graduated from New York University with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology and also graduated from Pace University NY with an MBA in Strategic Management. She frequently is an invited speaker to various interna- tional professional associations. In addition, Susan is a permanent, accredited Certified Cash Manager.

 

Thomas F. Matthias

Vice President - Global Trade, Regions Bank

Mr. Matthias is a Global Trade Sales Officer for trade finance and trade banking services in Regions’ Global Trade Fi- nance Department. In this capacity, he is responsible for delivering customized trade finance solutions for Regions’ cli- ents engaged in international business. Mr. Matthias joined Regions Bank in 2016 as Vice President with trade finance and trade banking business development responsibilities for the Georgia East Tennessee, North Carolina, South Caroli- na and Virginia markets. Prior to joining Regions Bank, Mr. Matthias was First Vice President at SunTrust Bank in the same role and was the Lead Credit Officer at the Export-Import Bank of the United States responsible for Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and Small & Medium Enterprises. Mr. Matthias holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and a master’s degree in business administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Michael Zelickson

Director, Regions Bank

Mr. Zelickson joined Regions Capital Markets in July 2008 in the Foreign Exchange sales and trading group. He has FX business development responsibilities for various Corporate, Commercial and Private Wealth clients across the banks’ franchise. He brings 15 years of financial industry experience including Foreign Exchange Sales & Trading, commercial banking and credit underwriting to his role. Prior to joining Regions, Michael worked in Capital Markets and Commer- cial Banking at another regionally based financial institution. Mr. Zelickson earned an MBA from the University of Geor- gia’s Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Spanish from North Carolina State University.

Doug Krentz

Vice President - SBA Specialist, Regions Bank

Mr. Krentz joined Regions in February of 2014, for SBA business development for the western side of Georgia. He

brings 33 years’ experience in SBA, International, Commercial and Corporate Banking. Prior to Regions, Doug worked for International and SBA lenders in the Atlanta market since 1999. Prior to that ran International Banking group in FL. Prior to that worked for international money center banks in NY doing commercial and corporate banking. Graduated from University at Buffalo with a BA in both Economics and Political Science, AAS in Paralegal Affairs, graduate course- work at Canisius College. Previously, held securities licenses Series 7/6/63.
