We are excited to announce that EXIM will be hosting this year’s annual conference in a virtual format from September 9-11, 2020.

Please note that if you are already registered, your registration will be automatically transferred to the virtual platform. If you have already paid, we will issue a partial refund at the end of July. This is because the virtual conference is being offered at a reduced cost. If you are not able to attend the virtual event, kindly email registrar@cmpinc.net by July 17, 2020 and we will process a full refund. You can find answers to Frequently Asked Questions below.

Q: I registered for the in-person 2020 EXIM Annual Conference, what do I do now?

A: If you registered for the in-person meeting, and did not cancel your registration, we will automatically transfer your registration to the virtually held annual conference. If you paid the in-person rate a partial refund will be processed. If you did not pay, we will send you an updated invoice with the appropriate conference rate.

Q: If I previously cancelled my registration for the Annual Conference, but would like to attend the conference virtually, what do I do?
A: You need to re-register for the Annual Conference:

Q: How will I participate in the Annual Conference?
A: Prior to the conference you will receive detailed instructions on how to log-in and participate in the conference virtually. You will also be provided with best practices guidelines in order to view all of the content and participate in networking opportunities.

Hotel:

Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation at the Omni Shoreham?
A: All reservations in the group block at the Omni Shoreham Hotel will automatically be cancelled. No action is required on your part. If you made reservations at the Omni Shoreham independent of the EXIM room block, please contact the Omni Shoreham directly to cancel your reservation.
