A: The one-day annual conference will take place on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. 

Q: Where will the 2022 EXIM Annual Conference take place? 
A: We are offering virtual and in-person participation options for this year’s annual conference. For those who register to participate in-person, the conference will be held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. 

Q: How can I book a hotel reservation at the Omni Shoreham Hotel? 
A: A block of guest rooms is available at the Omni Shoreham Hotel at a discounted rate of $289/night + tax. To make a reservation, please visit the hotel reservation page. The group rate is being offered two days prior and two days following the conference based on availability. Please note that the cut-off date for reservations is Wednesday, November 16, 2022.

Q: What are the registration fees to attend the EXIM 2022 Annual Conference? 
A: Because we are offering virtual and in-person participation options, there are a variety of registration options. Please visit the registration form for details. 

Q: If I decide to participate virtually, what sessions will I be able to watch? 
A: Virtual attendees will have access to all plenary sessions and breakout sessions. Due to the number of anticipated participants, remote attendees will be able to submit questions via the conference platform’s chat feature. 

Q: Are sponsorship opportunities available?

Q: Are there opportunities to exhibit at the annual conference? 
A: We will not be hosting a trade show as part of this year’s conference. 

Q: Will I have an opportunity to meet virtually or in-person with EXIM staff? 
A: Yes. Key EXIM division representatives will offer time slots to meet virtually or in-person. 

Q: What platform will be used to host the virtual component of the EXIM 2022 Annual Conference? Will I need to install any special software to participate? 
A: We are finalizing our review of various platforms and will update our response as soon as a decision has been made. We can confirm that attendees will have access to the platform approximately two (2) weeks prior to the conference. We do not anticipate that attendees will need to install third-party software such as Zoom. All sessions can be viewed in your browser. 

Q: Will the plenary and breakout sessions be recorded? 
A: Yes. All plenary sessions and breakout sessions will be recorded and available on-demand to registered attendees for approximately eight (8) months following the conference.

Q: Are there COVID-19 guidelines for the conference?
A: EXIM will continue to evaluate health and safety protocols to ensure the Annual Conference is conducted in a way that is safer for attendees, as determined by CDC recommendations and local guidelines. We will update attendees on protocols to ensure they are fully informed about any requirements.
