David M. Sena joined the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at the Export-Import Bank of the United States in 2001. He previously served as the Vice President Treasurer. In February 2012, Mr. Sena was named the Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Sena, as the Chief Financial Officer, provides expertise and guidance to the President and Chairman as well as to the Board of Directors and the senior management team. His responsibilities include overseeing all asset monitoring/restructuring/recovery efforts on the Bank's $100 billion portfolio including risk management/mitigation efforts. In addition, he is responsible for managing the Bank's revenue and expenses and other cash-related activities. He also supervises all financial and management audits and reviews.
Mr. Sena earned a BA at the Pennsylvania State University and a MBA at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
