Rochele Barham joined the Bank in 2012 as a project manager, supporting the Total Enterprise Modernization initiative. In early 2015, she transitioned to the Office Small Business, as Program Director of EXIM’s contact center, where she was responsible for overseeing EXIM’s customer-facing contact center program. She was subsequently promoted to Director of the Small Business Operations division, in 2016.
In early 2017, Ms. Barham accepted the role of Vice President of the Strategic Initiatives division of the Office of Strategy and Performance. She is responsible for improving processes and systems for external and internal customers, and fostering a customer-centric culture that meets/exceeds customers’ needs and service expectations.
Rochele holds a BA in Communication from Rutgers, an MS in Professional and Technical Communication from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MS in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Delaware State University. She is also a graduate of the Partnership for Public Service’s Excellence in Government Fellows program.
