Environmental Information for Pending and Approved Transactions

1. Listing of major pending transactions classified as Category A that require submission of an environmental impact assessment.

Each of the following transactions has been classified as Environmental Category A, and for these transactions, Ex-Im Bank requires that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) be forwarded by the applicant for Ex-Im Bank's review. Ex-Im Bank also requires that a notice of the availability to interested parties of the EIA be posted on this site for 30 days prior to any issuance of a final commitment. Interested parties wishing to receive a copy of the EIA in order to offer constructive comments to Ex-Im Bank on environmental issues raised by the underlying project should direct their request to:
