Use this dialog to optionally define a bookmark target for a link. This option appears when you select Page or Bookmark on Page or Bookmark on Current Page and click the Bookmark button in the Insert Link dialog.
Choose from user-named bookmarks: Click this item and browse the dropdown to select from bookmarks you or others have already defined, optionally including bookmarks contained in templates.
Enter bookmark manually: Click this item to define a new bookmark in the text field that displays.
Free-form links to internal and external URLs require that you know and specify the exact name of the target. You can enter:
A relative URL for a page or document on the internal CommonSpot server, for example, subsite1/mypage/
A fully qualified URL for a page or document on any external web server. For example, http://www.anothersite.com. You must use http or another protocol specifier for external URLs.
A link to an anchor on the current page, for example, #HeaderOne. Note that CommonSpot supplies the pound sign for anchor links.
Click Select Bookmark to apply your selections to the current link, or click Close to exit without saving.
