Submit Incident (Step 3 of 3)
Use this dialog to provide as much detail as possible, as shown below, to assist the PaperThin team in troubleshooting your issue. You do not need to provide complete information for Enhancement requests.
This dialog contains the following fields:
- Issue Title: Required. Provide a meaningful short description for your issue.
- Issue URL: Optional..
Enter the URL of the page on your site where the behavior being reported can be seen.
- Issue Category: Required. Select the affected module from the dropdown.
- Severity: Optional. Select the appropriate issue scope.
- When does the error occur?: Optional. Select issue frequency from the dropdown.
- Error Type: Optional. Select the best description from the dropdown.
- Timestamp: Optional. Select a valid timestamp to identify the date and time of this incident. You cannot select a future date.
- Short Description: Required. Provide specifics, as shown in the above example.
- Steps to Reproduce: Optional. Describe the sequence producing this issue.
- Error Output: Optional. Include any error messages produced and ColdFusion debugging output, if possible.
Completing all required fields and clicking Save automatically generates an incident tracking number and submits incident information to PaperThin.
Please note this tracking number for future reference. You can track issue progress via the on-line Incident Tracking System on the PaperThin Support site. Successfully connecting with the Support site updates information stored for Support Points and incident category.
