Out of the box, CommonSpot includes Confidentiality, Document, Element, Image, and Template categories for classifying content. You can use or exclude these categories or define additional subcategories for your sites.
Expand Content Classification in the left panel of the Site Administration Dashboard and click Content Categories.
The Manage Content Categories dialog displays.
