WHEN THE FIRE TRUCKS ROLL OUT of stations in Istanbul,Turkey, they will have small-business employees in Michigan and Louisiana to thank for the state-of-the-art equipment they are driving. And the U.S. companies will have Ex-Im Bank to thank for the loan guarantee that made it possible for them to sell 55 high-technology firefighting vehicles to the Municipality of Istanbul and to add 100 new employees.
