ITEM NO. 1 	Ex-Im Bank's Response to Airline Insurance Issues
		The Bank notified all airlines operating Ex-Im Bank-financed aircraft and 
		operating lessors that Ex-Im Bank will not, for a period of seven days, 
		require compliance with the insurance covenants and require information 
		as to what replacement insurance was obtained.
		Board Decision: Approved
