Shannon McCall Vice President- Controller As vice president-controller of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), Shannon McCall is responsible for the loan, guarantee and insurance servicing operations. She is also responsible for the preparation of the Bank’s financial statements and reporting of financial and program activities, both internal and external. Since joining the Bank in 2004, McCall has held a number of positions, including loan specialist in the Latin American group of the credit underwriting division, financial specialist in the financial reporting division and supervisor of financial reporting. Before joining Ex-Im Bank, McCall worked as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and in financial reporting as well as investor relations for Circuit City Corporation. McCall earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Richmond and her MBA with a concentration in corporate finance from Virginia Tech.
