Robert A. Morin

Export-Import Bank of the United States
As vice president of the Transportation Division, Bob Morin oversees the Ex-Im Bank's financing of all aircraft, rail, and ship exports. Morin has taken an active role in developing new financial products offered by Ex-Im Bank's Transportation Division, and adopting new policies and procedures that enable the Bank to better support the export of U.S.-manufactured aircraft, engines, and parts to airlines around the world.
Morin previously served as a Senior Counsel responsible for many of Ex-Im Bank's aircraft transactions. In addition, he was a member of the U.S. delegation involved in the development and negotiation of the International Convention on Mobile Equipment and Aircraft Protocol (the "Cape Town Convention").
Before joining Ex-Im Bank, Morin was associated with the law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York, where he represented banks and other financial institutions.
Morin holds degrees from the Columbia University School of Law and the Wharton School of Business and is a certified public accountant.
