Kamil P. Cook

As deputy general counsel, Ms. Cook oversees the Bank’s twenty-five attorney Office of General Counsel.

Ms. Cook joined Ex-Im Bank in 1997 and has served as Counsel on the structured and trade finance portfolio.  Prior to joining Ex-Im Bank, Ms. Cook specialized in cross-border transactions as an Associate in the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen and Hamilton.

Ms. Cook received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia College in New York, N.Y. and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in New York, N.Y.
