David M. Sena Vice President – Treasurer David M. Sena joined the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at the Export-Import Bank of the United States as a financial specialist in 2001. He served as the unit chief for the Budget and Reports section. In April 2008, Mr. Sena was named the Vice President – Treasurer. As the Vice President – Treasurer, Mr Sena is primarily responsible for the Bank’s cash-related activities. His responsibilities include setting the Bank’s loss reserves requirements and managing expenses, as well as offsetting collections to ensure the Bank’s self-financing status. In addition, he is responsible for forecasting future activity and the related effect to the Bank. He is the Bank’s primary point of contact with the Office of Management and Budget. Mr. Sena earned a BA at the Pennsylvania State University and a MBA at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
