Frank A. Tillotson

Export-Import Bank of the United States

Frank A. Tillotson is the Senior Vice President, Office of Congressional Affairs at the Export-Import Bank of the United States.  The office is responsible for serving as the Bank’s liaison to the U.S Congress, government agencies, and non-governmental groups.  Tillotson joined the Ex-Im Bank after serving five years as Senior Counsel on the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Financial Services, and as designee of Chairman Richard H. Baker, subcommittee on capital markets.  Prior to this position, Mr. Tillotson served as General Counsel to U.S. Representative Nathan Deal of Georgia.

In addition to his public service, Mr. Tillotson also served as an officer with Bankers Trust Company in New York, as well as with the Chase Manhattan Bank N.A. in the International Risk Management Division and Internal Audit Division respectively.

A native of Long Island, New York, Tillotson holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from the State University of New York at Albany and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.  Frank is married to the former Diana Jardine, and has three children.
