Accessing Ex-Im Bank Information on Regulations.Gov

1. Visit www.regulations.gov
   
   
2. Select Advance Document Search (right hand corner)
   
   
3. Under Agency--scroll down to Export-Import Bank; hit the return key
   
   
4. All documents contained on the Regulations.gov web site for Ex-Im Bank
   will be returned in a list – scroll down and make your selection – the list also contains a PDF and text version of the document for review.
   
   If the document is open for comments, a bubble will be shown and you may select the bubble to type in your comments. Currently Ex-Im Bank is not configured to accept electronic comments in Regulations.Gov – so comments should be sent via U.S. Mail to Export-Import Bank of the United States, using the address information contained in the notice.
